Members will receive 1,000 Aspire points for every colleague referred by December 31, 2021 that completes enrollment in the Aspire member program by December 31, 2021. Colleague referral information including first and last name, organization name, and institution email address must be submitted by the member giving the referral(s) through the Aspire member program referral form. The referred colleague will then be contacted via email about the Aspire member program referencing the name of the member that referred them. Enrollment in the Aspire program is limited to participants in the US (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec). Enrollees must confirm that they are not health care professionals or government employees during time of enrollment. The referred colleague(s) must be verified for eligibility in order to be enrolled into the program and for referral points to be awarded. We may provide you with future opportunities to earn bonus points by referring your colleagues to the Aspire member program. You may earn bonus points up to the stated maximum for each offer, however, please note that if you take advantage of multiple opportunities within one calendar year, the maximum number of bonus points that can be awarded from all referral offers is 50,000 per calendar year. In the case that an individual is referred by more than one member, points will be awarded to the member who first referred the individual.
