He has an M.Sc. in Chemistry from University of Debrecen in Hungary. Gergõ is passionate about using real‑world examples he has garnered working closely with small to large biopharma companies. He is helping to shed light on the critical need to bolster the CGMP chemical supply chain for process liquids and buffers to positively impact molecule development.

Elena is a Cell Line, Process, and Analytical Development subject matter expert with 8 years of pharma industry‑relevant experience. She has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from University of Missouri. Her areas of expertise are in analytical method development, transfer, qualification, and validation, as well as product comparability and Phase III forced degradation studies. While as a Senior Manager of the Scientific and Technical Affairs team, Elena is providing CMC support for clients, as well as leading technical and business offering development projects within Thermo Fisher Scientific.
